What is Reiki?
Reiki is a system for healing and Self-actualization first developed by Mikao Usui in Japan in the early 1900's. The system includes; developing spiritual and mental focus, Reiki symbols and mantras, attunements, and hands-on healing, that Mikao Usui described as the five systems of Reiki.
